Sondare, Inc. doing business as Sondare (“Sondare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise handle personal information when you visit https://sondare.ai/ or https://sondare.org/ and any other website that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”).
This Privacy Policy also applies when you join our waitlist, subscribe to updates, submit a contact or demo request, volunteer for customer research, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the Sondare software platform, user accounts, or documents, evidence, transcripts, source materials, or other content that users may later upload to the platform.

When you visit the Site, our website hosting and security providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, access time, requested pages, and information used to detect errors or malicious activity. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies on the Site.
We may receive information from service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with you. For example, an email or form provider may provide us with your submission, subscription status, or information about your interaction with communications we send.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, the Site does not currently respond to those signals. We do not currently permit advertising networks or similar third parties to collect personal information through the Site about visitors’ online activities over time and across unrelated websites.

Sondare does not sell personal information. Sondare does not currently share personal information collected through the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to manage the waitlist, respond to inquiries, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, how it is used, and applicable legal requirements.
We may retain limited information necessary to document a request not to receive marketing communications or to comply with another privacy request.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may still send non-marketing communications necessary to respond to your inquiry or administer an existing relationship.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to Sondare, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law.

The Site is intended for professional and business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Site, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Sondare is based in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
The Site may contain links to websites, social media pages, scheduling tools, or other services operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and Sondare is not responsible for their privacy or security practices. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of third-party services before providing information to them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially changing how we use personal information previously collected.
